Land Clearing

We provide professional land clearing services for residential and commercial properties throughout Southern Utah, preparing land for construction, agriculture, and long-term use. Our work supports fire prevention by reducing excess vegetation and creating defensible space, and we also assist with agricultural projects and responsible wildlife habitat management. We have experience working in coordination with governmental agencies such as the BLM, Forest Service, and NRCS to ensure projects are completed safely, responsibly, and in compliance with local requirements.

Building Pads & Fencing

We prepare building pads for residential and commercial projects, handling everything from initial clearing and precise leveling to over-excavation and proper compaction. Our work ensures a stable, well-drained foundation ready for construction, tailored to Southern Utah soil and site conditions. We also construct retaining walls, driveways, and fencing for residential and agricultural uses to support access, site layout, and long-term durability. Whether the goal is keeping livestock where they belong or keeping them out of places they shouldn’t be, we build fencing that works.

We install complete septic systems for residential and commercial properties, including septic tanks and leach fields, with gravel or infiltration system options based on site conditions. We also build and expand water systems from the ground up or connect to existing systems for culinary or irrigation use, whether that involves spring development or tying into a well.
